问题原因：python版本过高
                        

解决方案
第一步：
在python3.9以上的版本运行软件会闪退，这个时候我们需要创建一个3.9或者及以下的虚拟环境

conda create -n pytorch python=3.9
第二步：
切换到刚创建好的虚拟环境

conda activate pytorch
第三步：
在虚拟环境中下载labelimg，等待下载完成即可

pip install labelimg -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
第四步：
打开labelimg

labelimg
