生成例程

使用STM32CUBEMX生成例程，这里使用NUCLEO-U575ZI开发板。

USART1 配置

在开发板中，PA9和PA10为串口1，连接在STlink上。

在配置中保留默认设置：
基本参数：115200bps，8bits数据，1个停止位，无校验
管脚分配：PA9、PA10
无中断，无 DMA 使用

配置ICACHE
