摘 要
自从2020年新冠疫情爆发以来，对全国人民的健康和全国各地区的经济发展都带来了很大的影响，并且新冠肺炎对各个领域带来的影响还未完全消除。近三年以来，全国各地区多次爆发新的疫情，导致许多人被隔离，也导致全国各阶段的学生都需要在家中上网课，对学生们的学习也带来了不便。虽然目前疫情已经得到很好的控制，但病毒如果再次发生变异，谁也无法保证疫情会不会卷土重来。在疫情刚爆发的时候，人们都是通过电视新闻或者报纸对每日的疫情数据进行了解，但这种形式费事费力，因为一个地区的信息传播途径的数量是有限的，人们并不能自由的进行疫情相关数据的了解，而且每一个地方的防控工作人员的数量肯定是有限的，通过传统的方式对疫情数据进行流调不能保证数据的准确性和时效性。
本系统的前台界面使用了最新的微信小程序技术，使用WXML进行布局，使整个前台页面变得更美观，极大的提高了用户的体验，另外本系统无论是使用电脑访问后台管理端还是使用移动设备进行小程序端的访问，都可以保证界面可以正确的排版。后端的代码技术选择的是JSP，JSP语言是当下最常用的编程语言之一，可以保证系统的稳定性和流畅性，JSP可以灵活的与数据库进行连接。本系统的数据使用的MYSQL数据库，它可以提高查询的速度，增强系统数据存储的稳定性和安全性。本系统分为店铺用户、手机注册用户和系统管理员三个角色，本系统的开发可以为所有的个人用户和商家用户提供专业的疫情期间的智能流调服务。
