由于国内人民生活水平的提高,科技不断地进步,控制不断地完善,从而促使功率因数补偿装置在电力等系统领域占据主导权,也使得功率因数补偿控制系统被广泛应用。在铁合金电炉系统设计领域中,功率因数补偿控制成为目前一处亮丽的风景线,因为其开发资源众多,开发经验丰富,最重要的是成本较低,控制在用户可承受的范围内,使用单片机的方式搭建铁合金电炉功率因数补偿装置,从而满足对功率因数补偿的控制,功率因数补偿装置逐渐成为世界各国关注的重点。

随着我国微型电子技术和嵌入式系统的发展,目前行业内相对比较传统的铁合金电炉功率因数补偿装置无法满足客户的需求。为了改进传统铁合金电炉功率因数补偿装置在控制上得短板问题,在本次毕业设计中,将使用相对先进、快捷、智能的控制机制。该铁合金电炉功率因数补偿装置控制系统的控制大脑为核心部件嵌入式开发系统,以C8051F 系列的单片机为核心,可以自动检测出电网的功率因数值cosφ,和电气设备所需要的功率因数cosφ0进行比较,在允许的误差∆cosφ范围内自动控制投切电容器进行功率因数的补偿,使得电网的功率因数保持在最佳状态。该铁合金电炉功率因数补偿装置设计具有性价比高、度准确、能耗较低、制作简易、控制方便快捷等特点,给人民生活带来了很大的影响,在市场上很受欢迎。同时,本次设计主要以非铁合金电炉功率因数补偿控制系统设计应用作为研究背景,运用MATLAB仿真工具搭建相应的仿真模型。该模型利用MATLAB软件中的模块库,建立了铁合金电炉功率因数补偿控制在电力系统应用中的系统仿真模型,通过Matlab仿真软件搭建仿真模型,运行仿真,并对铁合金电炉功率因数补偿控制的仿真结果进行了分析。

Abstract

Due to the improvement of the domestic people's living standard, the continuous progress of science and technology, the continuous improvement of control, so as to promote the power factor compensation device in the field of power and other systems to occupy the dominant position, but also makes the power factor compensation control system is widely used. In ferroalloy electric furnace in the field of system design, power factor compensation control is now a beautiful scenery line, because of its large number of development resources, rich development experience, the most important thing is that the cost is low, the control within the scope of the users will be able to afford, way of using single chip microcomputer to build ferroalloy electric furnace power factor compensation device, so as to meet the control of the power factor compensation, Power factor compensation device has gradually become the focus of the world.

With the development of micro electronic technology and embedded system in our country, the traditional power factor compensation device of ferroalloy electric furnace can not meet the needs of customers. In order to improve the traditional ferroalloy electric furnace power factor compensation device in the control of the short board problem, in this graduation design, will use relatively advanced, fast, intelligent control mechanism. The control brain of the control system of the power factor compensation device for ferroalloy electric furnace is the core part of the embedded development system, which is based on C8051F series single chip microcomputer, and can automatically detect the power factor value cos⁡φ of the power network and compare it with cos⁡ [φ_0] of the power factor required by the electrical equipment. In the range of allowable error ∆cos⁡φ automatic control switching capacitor power factor compensation, so that the power factor of the grid to maintain in the best state. The design of power factor compensation device for ferroalloy electric furnace has the characteristics of high cost performance, accuracy, low energy consumption, simple production, convenient control and so on, which has brought a great impact on people's life and is very popular in the market. At the same time, this design mainly to non-ferroalloy electric furnace power factor compensation control system design and application as the research background, using MATLAB simulation tools to build the corresponding simulation model. In this model, the module library of MATLAB software is used to establish the system simulation model of power factor compensation control of ferroalloy electric furnace in power system application. The simulation model is built by MATLAB simulation software, and the simulation results of power factor compensation control of ferroalloy electric furnace are analyzed.
